Wordflow – How It Works

  1. Initial Contact & Briefing 
    You send us your project brief, sketches, PDFs, scanned plans, point-clouds, or preliminary documents.
    For your first request, please also include an example of a previously completed project at the same stage, so we can clearly understand your standards and expectations.
  2. Project Analysis & Quote 
    We assess scope, requirements (2D vs BIM, phases, disciplines), deliverables and timelines, and provide a transparent quote.
  3. Modelling / Drawing Phase 
    Depending on the project scope, we produce 2D drawings or build BIM models using AutoCAD, Revit, or ArchiCAD, coordinating architecture, structure, MEP as needed.
  4. Client Review & Revisions 
    We submit draft deliverables (plans, models, PDFs) for your review.
    We then integrate your feedback, perform quality control, and handle subsequent revisions.
  5. Final Delivery 
    You receive final deliverables: DWG, RVT / BIM files, PDFs, renderings or VR assets — according to agreed formats and scope.
  6. Support & Follow-up (optional) 
    After delivery, we can support further phases, revisions, updates, or additional services (e.g. as-built BIM, renovation modeling, visualisations, MEP coordination, etc.).
